We have numerous affordable services on offer, including issue diagnosis, general computer maintenance, and security hardening. Our services are provided with the intent of helping you with annoying tasks, and building the knowledge of our customers. The primary exception to this is our services offered for businesses and organizations, which oftentimes require more intense tasks that would be redundant for individual or family customers.

Diagnosis

All services require an initial diagnosis visit. If the problem is simple enough to solve in the hour-long diagnosis, no other payment is needed except for this diagnosis fee.
$40 for hour-long diagnosis appointment.

Individual Services

These are priced with individual customers in mind.

Software Maintenance

Basic software maintenance and optimizations.
$50 an hour.

General Computer Support

Aid with computer usage when the computer is functioning as intended, but is being obtuse or difficult to use.
$35 an hour.

Education and Training

Get a run down by us on managing and operating your own tech with confidence… and style?
$65 an hour (No need for diagnosis visit).

Family and Organization Services
